摘要
目的系统分析交通伤院前死亡的发生特点及其规律,探讨交通创伤院前急救对策。方法回顾性分析我院2001~2004年交通伤院前救治4760例的临床资料。结果交通伤死亡810例中院前死亡752例,占92.84%鸦其中现场死亡413例(54.92%),运送途中死亡92例(12.23%),急诊室死亡247例(32.85%);直接致死原因为重型颅脑损伤481例(63.96%),严重多发伤113例穴15.03%雪。结论交通创伤死亡主要发生在院前阶段,而现场死亡的比例最大。主要致死原因为重型颅脑损伤。迅速到达现场和对重型颅脑损伤的早期抢救是降低死亡率的关键和重点。
Objective To analyse features and regularities of pre-hospital death in traffic accident systemically so as to explore the emergency countermeasure.Methods Totally 4 760 pre-hospital cases who were treated in the emergency department in traific accident from 2001 to 2004 year were analysed retrospectively and systematically. Result In the 810 death cases,752 died in prehospital (92.84%), 413 died in accident pot (54.92%),92 died in carry (12.23%),247 died in emergency room (32.85%).481 died of severe craniocerebral injury (63.96%),113 died of severe complicated injury(15.03%).Conclusion The death of accident pot is one of the most important in pre-hospital death events, and mostly died of severe craniocerebral injury.It is emphasized to cut down the death events that medical personnels should arrive at accident pot and treat severe complicated injury immediately.
