摘要
生命与健康安全是学生人格权利之根本,应当引起学校的高度重视。学校要协调好以下关系:尊重学生自由权与学校纪律的关系,维护学生名誉权与学校评价学生方式的关系,学生隐私权、知情监督权与学校管理教育行为的关系。
Life, health and safe are the foundation of student＇s rights of human dignity and the school should attach great importance to it. The school must coordinate the following relations, namely, the relation between respecting the student＇s freedom right and school discipline, the relation between safeguarding student＇s reputation right and for the school to pass judgement on students, and the relation between student＇s privacy right and misprision-supervision right and school＇s management-educational behaviour.
