客户体验是一个涉及生理及心理反应的范畴,内容十分丰富。如何采取科学有效的步骤以客户房地产消费体验为中心做好企业的体验营销工作,对于开发商拓展房地产营销思路及提高营销工作的效率具有重要作用;同时建立体验平台与客户接触面在体验营销中也具有必要的意义。
Customer experience is a scope concerned the reaction of physiology and psychology which has the abundant content. How to adopt scientific and effective step and achieve experience marketing of enterprises, which is very important to real estate developers to enrich ideas of marketing and enhance effect of marketing work. Moreover, it points that creating the right experiential plat and customer touchpoint is essential important for real estate enterprises during experiential marketing management.
