摘要
学术质量是学术期刊的生命,是学术期刊赖以生存和发展的关键。学术期刊的质量虽是一个多重的概念,评价目的不同,使用的指标也不同,但是,引文分析是研究学术期刊的利用率和相对影响的一个重要手段,此项重要应用是对期刊影响因子的测定及评价,目前学术期刊的影响因子已成为评价学术期刊质量的一个重要指标。提高学术期刊的影响因子是我国实施学术期刊精品战略中具有重要意义的一个环节,也是我国学术期刊走向世界的一个重要的标志之一。因此,培养高水平的编辑人才,选用学术质量高、创新性强的学术论文,缩短发表周期等是提高期刊影响因子的几个主要因素。
The quality of academic research articles is the key to the existence and development of academic journals, whose quality is evaluated by using different indices according to different purposes of evaluation. However, quotation analysis is an important means of investigating the utility rate and comparative influence of academic journals, which are applied to measure and evaluate the impact factor of the journal. At present, the impact factor of academic journals has become an important index of evaluating its quality. And improving the impact factor is an important aspect of implementing the journals＂ classic strategy of our country and also one of the important symbols for its going to the world. Therefore, developing excellent editors, choosing the high quality and innovative research articles and reports and shortening publishing period etc are some primary means of improving the impact factor of the journal.
