摘要
自改革开放以来,我国的人文社会科学研究空前活跃,呈现出快速发展的势头。但另一个不争的事实也不容忽视,即近年来高校文科学报的总体学术质量有所下降。究其原因有内外两个方面:其外部原因在于受整个社会大环境下学术研究的功利性、人文学术原创性的缺失以及学术评价体制的失范等影响;内部原因主要表现在高校文科学报学术竞争力不足以及管理制度不够完善。高校文科学报应将提升自身学术质量放在首位,在现有条件下充分利用其综合性的特点,合理定位,走内涵发展之路,完善稿件准入制度,从而走上良性发展的道路。
Since the Reform and Opening-up, academic studies in China have been at full swing, yet the overall academic quality of humanities research journals in colleges and universities has undeniably declined. As for the reasons for this phenomenon, the extrinsic reasons lie in that the prevalence of utilitarianism in academic studies, the loss of originality in humanities studies and the lack of standardi- zation in academic assessment system, while the intrinsic reasons are the competitive deficiency of humanities academic journals in institutions of higher learning and the lack of perfection in its management. Humanities academic journals in institutions of higher learning ought to put the elevation of their own academic quality to priority, put its comprehensiveness to full use under the existing conditions, find a rational Orientation, persist in their internal development and perfect the contribution admission system, thus bringing themselves to the path of benign development.
