摘要
作者总结了近10年32例创伤性浮动胸壁的治疗体会。讨论了产生反常呼吸运动的机理与危害,创伤性浮动胸壁与肺挫伤的关系。采用以肺挫伤治疗为主的综合治疗,不排除固定胸壁在治疗中的作用。介绍一种简单易行肋骨骨折的固定方法。
Experiences in the treatment of traumatic flail chest (32 cases,from 1983 to 1993) are presented.Pathogical mecha- nism of abnormal respiration and their harm to respiration is reconsidered.The relationship between flail chest and synthetical treatment is adopted,but the effect of chest fixiation is not excluded.A simple and easy method of fixiation of the ribs is presented.
