摘要
本文报告1987～1994年212例成人房间隔缺损的手术治疗。年龄18～51岁(平均27岁)。其中,合并其他心内畸形者45例,术前出现功能性三尖瓣关闭不全,心律失常或肺动脉高压等合并症者59例。全组手术无死亡。手术结果表明,成人房间隔缺损,包括合并其他心内畸形或术前出现合并症,但符合手术适应证者均可完全地进行手术矫治。
Fron 1987 to 1994,212 adult patients underwent surgi- cal repair of congenital atrial septal defect (ASD) at the Uni- versity Hospital.There were 121 women and 91 men.Thei ages ranged from 18 to 51 years with an average of 2 years.Forty-five eases were associated with other eongenita cardiovascular anomalies,including partial anomalous pul. monary venous connection in 12,pulmon.ary stenosis in 11 mitral valve prolapse or insufficiency in 7,ventricle septal defect in 6,persistence of the left superior vena cava in 5 and patent ductus arteriosus or mitral stenosis both in 2 cases. The most common complications of adult Patients with ASD in this group were tricuspid incompetence (23 cases),cardiac arrhythmia (24),and pulmonary hypertension (12).There were no operative deaths and the results of operation indi- cate that surgical repair both of the uncomplicated and com- plicated ASD could be performed safely in adult patients.
