摘要
目的:本文采用高效液相法测定甲硝唑芬布芬胶囊的含量。方法:该法甲硝唑出峰在3分钟左右,芬布芬出峰在7分钟左右,理论板数按芬布芬计算不低于2500,相对标准差(RSD)不小于2%。结论:该方法简便,值得推广。
Objective： This method used HPLC to detemine oontent of metronidazole and Fenbufen capsules Metronidazole of peak is found at third minutes. Methods： Fenbufen of peak is found at seventh minutes Fenbufen of theoretical plates are greater than 2500, Relative Standard distinction is less than 2%. Conclusion： It is a simple an oonvenient method, and it is well worth spreading.
