摘要
通过实验研究证实，咽舒康冲剂在５，１０ｇ／ｋｇ两个剂量组下能明显降低大鼠的全血粘度和血桨粘度，与生理盐水组比较差异有高度显著性，大剂量组还能延长白陶土部分凝血活酶时间，降低血浆纤维蛋白原含量，并能够抑制家兔体外血栓的形成和血小板聚集率，且有明显的量效关系。
Yan Shu Kang granule was given to the experimental animals in dosages of 5g/kg and10g/kg to observe its effects activating blood and resolving blood stasis.It was shown that the granulecan reduce whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in rats, the difference being significant as comparedwith normal saline.Large dosage can lengthen kaolin partial thromboplastin time and lower plasma fibrincontent.It can also inhibit extracorporeal thrombosis and platelet aggregation in rabbits in a dose-effectmanner.
