摘要
本文认为,泰罗主义和人本主义从管理学诞生开始,一直主导着管理学的发展。它们都是管理学范式的重要组成部分,是同一个硬币的两面,是交互共生的,都对管理学的发展作出了重要的贡献。管理学应当始终强调把科学性与人性这两种基本的追求联系在一起。
The author thinks that Taylorist paradigm and humanist paradigm always dominate the development of management since the emergence of management. This paper points out that both paradigms are indispensable parts for the management paradigm. Taylorist paradigm and humanist paradigm are two sides of a coin, both of which are intergrowth in each other and contribute to the development of management a lot. The author thinks that management always emphasizes the combination of scientism with humanism.
