脑动脉、静脉畸形伽玛刀治疗的健康教育
摘要
脑动静脉畸形是一种先天性的颅内血管发育异常.常因血管壁的日益变薄而发生破裂引起颅内出血.伽玛刀治疗脑动、静脉畸形是利用多束伽玛射线聚焦于病灶部位,使病灶处的照射剂量达到足够,以引起病变组织生物变性,而周围正常脑组织所受的照射剂量很低,形成一个类似刀切样的边缘整齐,锐利的被照射区.
