摘要
服务对象的不同决定着高等职业教育不能照搬成人高等教育的办学模式;就业前的资格性教育将导致专业教学计划全方位的改革;紧跟市场的培养目标、应知应会的岗前培训、注重技能的训练方法以及实施这些改革应建立的运行机制,都需要并值得我们去探索、去实践。
The high vocational education for different decisions of the serivce object can＇t imitate the mode of running a school of adult＇s higher education; The qualification education before employment will cause professional teaching to plan the omni-directional reform; Follow train objective of market closely, mastered pre-job training , pay attention to training method of skill and implement operating mechanism that reform should set up these, need and worth our exploring, going for practice.
