摘要
近年来,随着电力电子技术的飞速发展,自动控制领域中大功率开关器件的应用越来越广泛,这些控制设备在使得工业自动化程度和生产效率不断提高的同时,也产生了大量的谐波并涌入电力网,使电网“环境”受到严重的污染。在对传统LC滤波器性能分析的基础上,以开滦煤矿矿井提升系统为例,分析了可能存在的电网谐波源及其各次谐波;提出了改进的滤波器电路。通过KSf曲线分析验证,该电路可以大大改善对5次谐波的滤波效果。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the electric and electronic technology,the application of a high power switch devices are more and more extensive, to make industries more automatic and productions more efficient, these devices also produce a large number of high times of harmonics and pour them into the power network too,pollute the environment of the power network. In this article,based on analyzing of the traditional LC filter,discussing with a real automatic control system of a hoister system of Kailuan mine,the author analyzes the source of harmonics and different times harmonics,gives improved filter circuit to reduce the fifth time harmonic ,simulated by Ks-f analysis ,this circuit can greatly improve the filter effect of the fifth time harmonic.
