摘要
该文利用仿真方法研究制造系统的可靠性。首先,讨论了仿真方法的优点;接着,给出了仿真系统的总体框架,利用面向对象的方法建立了制造系统的通用仿真模型,分析了以往仿真系统的局限性提出了基于设备状态管理的仿真方法。为减少由于生产计划变动过于频繁而造成的损失,该文提出了一种以生产计划稳定性为目标的故障问题处理方法。最后,给出了仿真的总流程及实现算法并通过一个实例演示了系统的功能。实践证明该仿真系统可以比较真实地模拟实际生产过程。
This paper studies manufacturing system's reliability using simulation method. First, the author discusses the advantages of simulation method. Second, the author introduces the software frame and the general simulation model. In addition a state management - based simulation method for the localization of other simulation systems is presented in this paper. In order to reduce the cost of schedule changing continually, this paper gives an approach to deal with the failure problems. Finally, the simulation program flow and arithmetic are given. An example is used to demonstrate the system functions. This simulation system can simulate manufacturing process actually.
