摘要
目的探讨应用二维彩色多普勒超声检测右冠状动脉。方法100例病人使用二维彩色多普勒超声探测右冠状动脉。比较其检出率、收缩期及舒张期可视段的长度和宽度,各组右冠状动脉壁的最低回声强度与其周围组织最低回声强度之间的差值。结果冠心病病人的右冠状动脉检出率低;右冠状动脉在收缩期可视段宽度比舒张期长;在舒张期其可视长度比收缩期长。冠心病病人的右冠状动脉壁最低回声强度与其周围组织的差值最大。结论二维彩色多普勒超声是诊断冠状动脉疾病的首选方法之一。
Objective To explore the detection of right coronary with the two- dimensional color Doppler ultrasound. Methods The right coronary artery of 100 cases were detected with the two - dimensional color Doppler ultrasound. The rate of examination of the right coronary was compared. The length and width of the visual segment in the right coronary after at systole and diastole were examined. The difference of minimum echo intensity of the right coronary wall in each group was compared with the peripheral tissue. Results The rate of examination in the right coronary in the coronary heart disease group was low. The width of visual segment in the systole of the right coronary was bigger than that in the diastole. The length in the diastole was bigger than that in the systole. The difference of minimum echo intensity of the right coronary wall in the coronary heart disease group was the biggest. Conclusions The two - dimensional color Doppler echocardiogram is a effective method to diagnosis the coronary heart disease.
