摘要
目的:探讨体育舞蹈课的教学对大学生心理素质的影响。方法:2003-09/2004-10整群抽取唐山师范学院2002级和2003级非体育专业的体育舞蹈专选班学生461人为调查对象。所有入选者进行32学时的体育舞蹈教学课,体育舞蹈教学方法:①发挥体育舞蹈的特点注重形体姿态训练、培养学生的自信心和表现力。②教学中注重运用语言暗示和形体语言。③结合体育舞蹈课的特点,对学生心理施加影响。于教学结束后采用自编问卷进行调查,内容包括:人际关系协调;动作记忆能力;食欲;控制情绪能力;环境适应能力;学习效率;学习兴趣;抗病能力;睡眠质;量自信心。采用自评的方法,由学生根据自己的实际情况,对问卷的内容进行回答,在四个答案中圈选最接近的数字,答案的选择分别为:不好=1;一般=2;好=3;很好=4。结果:发放问卷461份,收取有效问卷456份,纳入分析。①大学生体育舞蹈教学前后心理素质测查结果:体育舞蹈教学后除学习效率、食欲、抗病能力差异无显著性外(P>0.05),其余各项差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。②大学生体育舞蹈教学后心理素质自觉状况评价结果:提高率前3位的为自信心(68.4%)、控制情绪能力(63.6%)、人际关系协调(60.5%)。有5项指标的提高率均大于保持率:控制情绪能力(63.6%和36.4%)、环境适应能力(56.1%和43.9%)、自信心(68.4%和31.6%)、动作记忆能力(57.0%和43.0%)、人际关系协调(60.5%和39.5%)。结论:体育舞蹈教学对提高大学生的心理素质起到一定的积极作用。由于教学中注重学生的心理素质方面的培养,使大学生的人际交往、自信心、控制情绪能力上有了较大的提高。
AIM: To explore the effects of the teaching of athletics dances class on the psychological quality of undergraduates. METHODS: 461 people, who were not major in the physical education, were selected from the 2002 grade and 2003 grade athletics dances classes, Tangshan Teacher's College between September 2003 and October 2004 as observation objectives. All the selected people were experienced 32-credit hours athletics dances class, the teaching method of athletics dances: ① To bring the character of athletics dances into full play, emphasizing form deportment training, and culturing the confidence and manifestation of the students.② Language suggestion and form language were paid attention during the teaching.③ To combine the feature of athletics dances class, which could have effects on the students'mentality. After the teaching, the self-made questionnaire was performed, including coordination of human relation, ability of remembering the movement, appetite, ability of controlling the emotion, ability of environmental adaptation, learning efficiency, learning interesting, ability of anti-disease, sleeping quality and confidence. Using the self-assessment, the students answered the questionnaire according to practical condition of themselves. Among the 4 answers, the nearest number was circled, and the answer included, respectively: bad=1, so-so=2, good=3, excellent=4. RESULTS: Totally 461 questionnaires were sent out, and 456 effective questionnaires were collected and involved in the result analysis. ① The scores of psychological quality before and after the undergraduates' athletics dances teaching: The learning efficiency, appetite and ability of anti-disease had insignificant difference (P 〉 0.05), while other items had significant difference (P 〈 0.05)after the athletics dances teaching.② The scores of psychological quality and self-consciousness status after the athletics dances teaching: The first three with rising rate: confidence (68.4%), ability of contro
