摘要
在对目前传统汽车发动机滤器的过滤机理及缺陷进行全面分析、研究的基础上,设计开发了一种过滤机理完全不同于传统滤器的新型汽车发动机滤器。新型滤器具有设计原理简单、滤芯材料广泛、制造方便和成本低廉的特点。试验结果表明,新型滤器的压力降完全符合规定要求,原始滤清效率为63.04%,而传统滤器的原始滤清效率仅为60%。滤器的堵塞寿命对比试验结果表明,新型滤清器的过滤效果和寿命远优于传统滤器。
A new type of vehicle filter was designed and machined based on a new filtration theory after studying and analsizing the fault of the traditional filter used at engine now. The new filter has the property of design simply, a widespread filter paper material and low cost. The test results show that the pressure descend of new filter conform to the requirement of standard ,the filtration efficiency is 63.04% ,and the traditional filter is no less than 60%. The blocking up life of the new filter test results show that the life is more than that of the traditional filter.
