摘要
通过考虑滑移流与不考虑滑移流两种数学模型,采用有限单元法对螺旋槽气体润滑机械密封低速运转特性进行了较为详细的对比分析。结果表明:在考虑气体密封低速运转特性时,滑移流对密封特性有着十分重要的影响,必需对其加以考虑。并探讨了各种结构参数对密封性能的影响规律,对密封的设计、制造及应用具有一定的指导意义。
The operation characteristics of spiral groove gas face seal at the low speed were numerically analyzed in detail with finite element method (FEM) by considering the slip flow effects, comparing with the situation taking no account the slip flow effects. The results indicate that the slip flow has great influences on the sealing performance. The seal characteristics influenced by the geometry parameters of the grooved seal face were discussed, the optimized geometry parameters were suggested.
