摘要
外科医生实际手术能力直接影响外科手术质量,正确界定外科医生的手术资格,能有效降低外科手术的技术性失误,保证医疗安全和手术效果,促进外科年轻医生技术进步。文章就我院推行的“手术医生资格准入制”背景、具体操作程序及效果进行了深入的探索。
The operative ability of surgeon influences the surgical quality directly. Through judging the surgeon＇ s qualification properly , we can effectively decrease the technical lapse in surgical , guarantee the medical security and operative result , and promote operative technological advance of the young surgeons . In this article , we explore the relatively background ,detailed work procedure and effect about the surgeon qualification admittance system thorough which has been put in practice in our hospital.
