摘要
97个美洲黑杨无性系经苗期测定结果表明:苗高、地径的生长,表现出无性系间的显著差异,具有较丰富的遗传变异基础,广义遗传力分别为80.23%和72.99%,二性状间表现出极显著的遗传相关。以苗高的LSD多重比较,选择出生长最好的41个无性系,其苗期生长水平超过或相当于中林23杨;用苗高和地径的综合指数选择,淘汰生长最差的29个无性系,保留的68个无性系作为育种资源保存。
Nursery testing of 97 cottonwood clones was conducted. The results showed thatthe difference of height and diameter among clones were significant,genetic variation was varyrich, the broad-sense heritability of height and diameter were 80.23%and 72.99% respectively,the genetic correlation coefficient between two characters was extremely significant. The best 41clones were selected by LSD multiple comparisons of height. Seedling growth of the clones wasbetter than that of W-23, or same as. According to index selection of height and diameter, theworst 29 clones were sifted out and the other 68 clones used as breeding resouces were conserved.
