摘要
全面建设小康社会重点在农村、难点在农村、潜力在农村,关键是增加农民收入。本文对我国农民增收现状进行了分析,并就如何实现农民增收提出了相应的对策。
The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China puts forward an objective of building the well - off society in an all - round way, which requires settling peasant＇ s well - to - do problem and other there is no well - to - do society for the whole nation. The focus of building the well - off society is on the countryside, where also lie the difficult point and potentiality, and what counts is to increase peasant＇s income. Present problems facing peasants of our country are： unreasonable industrial structure, slow non- agricultural economic development, overweight burden, insufficient government input into agriculture, slow urbanization process , having no stability mechanism for peasant income, unbalanced and unstable income, and difficulty to increase income. This paper analyzes the current situation and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures as to how to increase peasant income.
