摘要
目的 探讨股骨远端骨折的最佳临床治疗效果。方法 对我们医院1998年5月～2004年5月收治的58例股骨远端骨折病人的临床治疗方法和治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果 随诊1～2．5年，平均13个月，疗效综合评定，“L”型钢板、股骨髁支持钢板、DCS和髁上交锁钉手术坚强内固定明显优于交叉骨针＋松质骨螺钉内固定或保守治疗。结论 选择牢固可靠的手术内固定是治疗股骨远端骨折疗效好坏的关键。
