介绍白血病治疗的主要方法和基本原理,并对其进行比较,重点介绍光动力作用体外净化白血病细胞的原理和影响净化效果的基本因素及其研究发展趋势.
The basic principles and methods to treatment on leukemia were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages were also discussed. In particular, the principles, effects, influencing factors and trends of photodynamic therapy for the ex vivo purging of leukemia cells were presented.
