Developing cultural industry in Xi＇an should be guided by the Scientific Developinent View, make full use of the superiority of its caltural resources, constantly bring forth new ideas in state system and mechanism, so as to make best use of the famous brand of cultural products and cultural industry group to promote the whole development and prosperity of the cultural industry in Xi＇ an.
