摘要
1991~1992年在贵州黎平、锦屏、天柱杉木种子园对园内花粉密度、树冠各部位胚珠接受花粉的数量和花粉飞散距离作了观测,结果表明,在树冠范围内,上部的花粉接收量大于下部,不同高度和方位花粉接收量的差异还受林分密度和地形的影响;在同一林分中,疏林地段的花粉云密度大于密林地段;杉木花粉传播的有效距离因年份和方位而异,顺主风方向超过600m,逆主风方向在200~400m间。
The atmospheric pollen density,pollen amount in the pollen chamber of ovuleand the effective distance of pollen migration were measured at Chinese fir seed orchards ofLiping,Jinping and Tianzhu counties,Guizhou province during 1991~1992.The results ofexperiments show that:the amount of pollen collected at crown increase from the bottom tothe top of crown;the density of pollen cloudy at the area with sparse forest are more thanthe area with thick forest in a seed orchard;pollen amount collected at different height anddirections also are influenced by the forest density;the effective distance of pollen migrationis different with years and directions of pollen spread.In order to reduce pollen contamination ,the isolation distance for the seed orchard should not be less than 600m.
