摘要
随着人类向信息社会的挺进,信息化作用如同工业化一样,必然会对劳动力就业领域产生重大影响,本文对此作了一些前瞻性的初探。文章在对信息化基本内涵、就业的三大子系统分析的基础上,全面分析了信息化对就业系统领域的广泛影响,并在最后给出信息化影响就业系统的结构模型图。
With human society leaping into the informatied stage, as industrialization, infonnatization has exerted an extensive and far- reaching impact on employment, and the paper tries to make a cutting- edge exploration. On the basis of the analysis of the three subsystems of employment and the basic content of informatizafion, the paper has a overall analysis of the wide - spread influence of informatization on employment, and provides the structure model table of the influence of informatization on employment.
