摘要
目前,天津的法学教育严重滞后,法律服务人才严重短缺,法律服务功能跟不上社会发展需要。天津要在新崛起的“环渤海经济圈”中发挥重要作用,应该将加强法学教育纳入整体发展战略规划。要彻底改变天津法学教育的“乱、散、软”局面,振兴天津法学教育,应当在办学模式、管理方式和培养目标上走自己的特色之路。
Until now the law education still lags behind in Tianjin. Talents offering law service are in serious shortage and the function of law service can not meet the need of social development. We should play an important role in the newly rising ＂Bohai Ocean Economic Circle＂, and also put the law education in the whole development stratagic plan. If we want to change the situation of ＂disorder, scatteration, softness＂ in law education, we should go on our own special way in establishing the schooling mode, management fashion and training objective.
