摘要
检察一体原则乃是当代法治国家检察权的基本组织形态和运作模式。检察一体原则的基本要义是“上命下从”。检察一体与检察独立乃是对立统一关系。我国确立检察一体原则的制度载体应当是检察系统的垂直领导体制。
Being relation of unity of opposites with the principle of local independence of procuratorial organs and authorities, the principle of the integrated procuratorial organs and authorities ,whose basic essentials lies in the focus on which the lower level procurators are subject to the higher ones, is the foundational organization pattern and operation model in the states contemporary, of the rule of law. Personally, the integrating system of the procuratorial organs and authorities should be confirm established in China on the solid foundation of the perpendicular mechanism of leadship.
