摘要
汽车空调压缩机是汽车空调系统的核心,耐久性试验是汽车空调压缩机最重要的试验之一。本文介绍了汽车空调压缩机耐久性试验台的设计依据、试验台工作原理、系统设计等方面的内容。在对汽车空调压缩机耐久性试验要求详细分析和研究的基础上,提出了由基本耐久试验系统和计算机数据采集与处理系统组成的试验台总体设计方案。
Compressor is the core of automotive air conditioning system, and durability experiment is one of the most important tests to the compressor. This paper presents information relevant to an automotive air condition compressor durability test rig, such as basic object of design, working principle of test rig, system designing etc. Based on thorough analysis and research of the requirements of automotive air condition compressor durability experiment, a general scheme of automotive air condition compressor durability test fig consists of basic durability experiment system and computer data gather-processing system.
