摘要
针对城市化进程中城市扩张对城郊集体土地的大量征用,鉴于城郊土地的区位及权属特殊性,本文侧重讨论了城郊农用地和非农建设用地的征用补偿经济标准、法律程序问题并提出了相关建议。
On the large amount of expropriation of collectively-owned land in the outskirts through the urhanization process with city expansion, considering the particularity in position and the rights of the outskirts land, this article emphasizes on the economic standard and the legal procedure, then puts forward relevant suggestions on the expropriation compensation of farming land and construction land in the outskirts.
