摘要
高层建筑有大面积的地下室，若能在战时快速转换为人员掩蔽所，显然具有十分重要的意义。本文对高层建筑地下室进行了风载、地震荷载和防护荷载作用下承载力安全度比较。并结合上海市某大厦地下车库进行主体结构和出入口的战时人防功能转换。
There are large areas of basements in highrise buildings, which can converted into shelters for people and have important significance during the war.A comparison of safety factors of bearing capacity for basements in highrise buildings under wind,seismic and protection loads was given. Based on the example of an underground garage in a building in Shanghai,the conversion of main structure and portal to air defence use during war was carried out.
