根据化镀线耐腐蚀的要求,设计出结构简单、成本低廉且经久耐用的轴流泵。给出泵体结构图,详细介绍泵的电机、联轴器、轴承箱座、水冷密封腔、下泵体、泵轴、叶轮等部件的组成、功能,各部件的选型原则和关键点。说明该泵的使用范围,指出电气保护注意事项。
A durable axial-flow pump with simple structure, low cost and durable is designed out according to the corrosion resisting requirements of chemical plating production line. The composing, function, selecting principle and key of parts of the pump, such as electromotor, axle-jointer, bearing box seat, water cooling seal cavity, down pump body, pump axle and impeller, are introduced in detail by pump body structure diagram. The application range of the pump are explained, the matters needing attention of electric protection are pointed out.
