摘要
利用控制图进行统计过程控制(SPC)的基本假设为观测值相互独立并服从正态分布,然而,由于过程中某些不可消除因素的影响,使得实际过程的输出观测值常常是自相关的,而工程过程控制(EPC)可以消除观测值的自相关性.在比较分析SPC与EPC的基本原理的基础上,给出了监测自相关过程的SPC与EPC整合的概念模型,最后运用一个例子加以说明,并给出了整合应用的实施方法.
The traditional Shewhart control charts are based on the assumption that the process data are normally and independently distributed to monitor the quality characteristics of the output for the process. Nevertheless, many process-characteristics are autocorrelated due to some inertial elements, but engineering process control (EPC) may remove the autocorrelation. The theories of SPC and EPC, are analyzed and compared, and the conceptual model on integrating both SPC and EPC is given. The procedure of how to apply the model in autocorrelated process is presented by an example.
