摘要
在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)存在下,利用新三氮烯试剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(4-安替吡啉基)-三氮烯(NPBPT)通过湿法消解对食用面粉和人发中的痕量锌进行分光光度测定.结果表明,配合物的最大吸收波长为520 nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.89×105L·mol-1·cm-1,锌在0~400μg/L范围内符合比尔定律.
Through the way of chearing up of wet method,spectrophotometric determination of trace zinc in the flour or hair with NPBPT in the presence of CPB is performed. The results show that the maximum absorption of the complex is at 520 nm. It's apparent molar absorptivity is 1.89×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law is obeyed from 0 to 400 μg/L Zn.
