摘要 内皮素通过多种心肌细胞内信号途径调节心肌细胞的收缩特性,刺激心肌细胞生长和肌原纤维的产生、抗凋亡等作用。本文简要介绍心肌细胞内皮素激活蛋白激酶C、丝裂原激活蛋白激酶、磷酸肌醇3'羟基激酶/蛋白激酶B等信号通路的调节作用。 Endothelin can affect the growth and myofibrillogenesis, and increase contractile properties of cardiacmyocyte, stimulate myocyte resistance to apoptosis by intracellular signaling pathways. This article briefly reviews the regulative effects of these signaling pathways C, mitogen activated protein kinase, and phosphoinositide 3'-OH kinase/protein including protein kinase kinase B.
