文章分析了影响大型基础设施决策的因素,通过对灰局势决策理论的研究建立了大型基础设施的决策模型。并进行了实证研究,提供了灰色系统理论在大型基础设施决策中的应用方法。
This paper analyses the complication of influence large infrastructure projects decision- making, through study on Gray Theory establishes the model of large infrastructure projects decision - making.
