摘要
目的探讨国境口岸传染病监测点设置原则和监测方式、内容、指标。方法通过对目前国内较有权威说法的四个疾病监测系统的分析,提出国境口岸传染病监测点设置原则和监测方式、内容、指标。结果国境口岸传染病监测点的疫置原则是合理性原则、有效性原则和意愿配合原则;采取主动监测和被动监测相结合的方式,并确定了监测内容和指标。结论在国境口岸以国家法定报告、特定人群为基础的传染病监测系统为主进行主动和被动相结合的传染病监测。
Objective To discuss the principles, type, content and criteria for setting up the sentinel of the communicable disease surveillance at frontier port. Methods By analysis on 4 kinds of domestic authoritative communicable disease surveillance systems, to put forward the setting up principles, type, content and criteria for the sentinel of communicable disease surveillance at frontier port. Results The principle for communicable disease surveillance sentinel at frontier port should be rationality, validity and desirability. The type for communicable disease surveillance should be combined in active way as well as passive way. The content and criteria of communicable disease surveillance have been already determined. Conclusion Under the base of nationally notifiable disease and specific public, to carry out communicable disease surveillance combined in active way as well as passive way.
