摘要
研究了NaY分子筛在碱性条件下离子交换规律以及在碱性条件下离子交换后对分子筛结构的影响。结果表明,在适宜的碱性条件下,离子交换能够达到较好的交换度,对分子筛的结构没有不利影响,过程简化,节约酸量,环境污染小。
; The rule of ion exchange and the influence of structure of NaY molecular sieve at alkali conditions were studied. The results showed that at the suitable alkali conditions , ion exchange could achived high exchang degree, and there were no bad influence on the structure of molecular sieve. The process was simplify, the acid was saved, and with little environmental pollution.
