摘要
提出采用吸收边界条件的改进的有限差分柱传播方法,计算沿着传输方向具有较大折射率突变而引起的反射的光波导。通过考察一个方向耦合器,核对了该方法的精确性。耦合长度和模场分布与文献[4]中两给出的结果相符合。
The modified finite-difference beam propagation method employing ab- sorbing condition is developed to calculate the optical waveguides with large discon- tinuities along the direction of the propagation.The accuracy of this method is in- vestigated through a study of a directional coupler.Both the coupling length and the field distribution are in good agreement with the results in the literatures.
