摘要
目的:探讨荆花胃康胶丸、多潘立酮及多虑平联合应用治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,观测治疗前后症状改善情况。结果:荆花胃康胶丸治疗组治疗取得满意疗效,患者消化系统症状明显改善,尤其是腹胀症状缓解有效率达88.0%,嗳气、烧心症状缓解率达84.2%,两组存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:荆花胃康胶丸治疗功能性消化不良有效率较高,疗程短,不良反应小。
Objective： to discuss the curative effect of Jinghua Weikang Bolus, domeridone and doxepin m treating functional ,indigestion. Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group and the changes of symptoms were observed. Results： The curative effect in the treatment group was satisfactory and symptoms of indigestive system were improved. The remission rate of abdominal distension was 88 % and the remission rate of eructation and heartburn was 84.2 %. There was dramatic difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect in the treatment group is marked and the course of treatment is short with little side-effect.
