摘要
在侦查破案的初始阶段,由于侦查主体对案件各方面因素的认识往往是模糊的和不明确的,因此,侦查主体往往通过侦查想象,再现犯罪分子的作案过程、形成侦查假设、预测犯罪情势,并且据以深入开展侦查活动。侦查想象能够帮助侦查人员在纷繁复杂的案件中,理出一些头绪,指出一定的侦查范围和排查重点,为进一步判明案情和开展侦查工作指明方向。
At the very beginning of a ease investigation, the investigational subject＇s understanding of the case＇s various factors is often obscure and unclear. Therefore, the investigational subject often uses investigational imagination to rebuild the scene of a crime, formulate the investigational hypothesis, forecast the crime situation and conduct investigational activity accordingly. Investigational imagination can help the investigator find out some clues, point out the investigational scope, make the ease clear and direct the investigational work.
