摘要
上海生态示范楼是为探索适合上海地域特征生态建筑发展模式而建造的,该示范楼采用了高效保温隔热技术、自然通风技术、空气调节技术与可再生能源利用技术等多项先进节能技术。参照上海地区公共建筑节能设计标准,采用D eST软件对其节能效果进行了分析,为进一步优化和完善节能方案提供了可靠的依据。
To explore the developing mode of the Eco-building in Shanghai, A demobuilding including high energy performance envelope, Natural ventilation, Air-conditioning system and renewable energy devices is built. Its energy performance is also studied by the simulation tool DeST and the result will play an important role on the further design of the eco-building.
