摘要
通过青藏高原环境的资源分析发现,青藏高原水、光热资源丰富,提出西藏尽快利用太阳能资源建议,调整优化产业结构,限制或制止高耗水、高污染项目,改造水、气污染严重的生产工艺,提倡清洁生产技术,减少废水污染负荷,南水北调工程应该从西藏开始。
This paper raised the suggestion that Xizhang should utilize the solar energy as soon as possible, adjust and optimize the industrial structure, limit or forbid the high water waste and pollution projects, improve the producing technology with serious water and air pollutions, advocate clean producing technology, and reduce waste water pollution burden, the project to divert the water from the south to the north should begin from Xizhang.
