摘要
应用振动球模型对超声激发的生物组织声发射(USAE)声压幅度进行理论分析和模拟计算;分析了差频选取、组织声吸收、组织弹性以及共焦换能器聚焦性能等几种重要因素对生物组织声发射的不同影响.结果与现有文献报道的离体组织实验以及计算机仿真结果相符合,表明振动球模型对指导USAE的相关实验研究有重要参考价值.
By applying the vibrating-ball model, the pressure amplitude of ultrasound-stimulated acoustic emission (USAE) was analyzed theoretically and calculated simulatively. The dependence of USAE in tissue on several important factors, including the choice of difference frequency ,tissue absorption of sound, tissue elasticity and focusing performance of the confocal transducer, was discussed. The results are in agreement with those of the tissue experiment in vitro and computer simulation in the current literatures. The vibrating-ball model has an important reference value in guiding the experiment research on USAE.
