摘要
应用尿微蛋白系列测定１６１例，尿蛋白＜＋＋（＜１００ｍｇ／ｄｌ）的蛋白尿患者进行比较，发现慢性间质性肾炎（ＣＩＮ）、慢性肾小球肾炎（ＣＧＮ）和糖尿病肾病（ＤＮ）３组间的尿ＲＢＰ、Ａｌｂ、Ｉｇ６和ＮＡＧ有显著差别。Ａｌｂ／ＲＢＰ之比值：ＣＧＮ＞ＤＮ＞ＣＩＮ，均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。对临床诊断和鉴别诊断有较大意义。
Proteinuria<++(<100mg/dl) in 161 patients with different kinds of kidney diseases CIN,CGM and DN,were compared, by determination of urinary microproteins. The result showed that changes of urinary proteins had marked different in Alb/RBP ratio:CGN>DN>CIN,all had significant difference(P<0.001).Clinically,Alb/RBP ratio can help the diagnosis and differential diagnosis in different kinds of kidnev diseases.
