摘要
自１９８３年５月至１９９３年５月，应用小腿内侧皮瓣，整复手部创伤４７例上（４８侧）。随访时间１～１０年，效果满意。手术后无１例发生供瓣侧下肢功能障碍。皮瓣成活率９７．９％。对小腿内侧皮瓣应用于手部创伤中的特点作了讨论。
Our department used the medial leg skin flaps in clinical application for the trauma of hands in 47 cases from May 1983 to May 1993.We have had the follow-up for these cases for 1～10 years. The curative effect has been satisfactory.No case has had the functional disturbance in the operated limbs.The survival rate of the flap was 97.9%,This paper discussed the characteristic of the flap in the clinical application for the trauma of hands.
