摘要
女性农民工在进城农民工中占一定比例 ,女性农民工是社会弱势群体中的弱者。文章以重庆市为例 ,通过实际调查 ,分析了女性农民工失业的现状和原因 ,并提出了解决女性农民工失业问题并促进其在城镇就业的对策和建议。
Female peasantry workers takes a certain proportion in city peasantry workers. According to the on-site inspection in Chongqing, this paper analyzes the current situation and the reasons of and gives some advices for solving female peasantry workers＇ unemployment and promoting their employment in the city.
