摘要
位于西安市的某超长大底盘的高层建筑,上部有两个塔楼且位置呈“”型布置,其结构振型复杂,会产生较强的扭转振动,属复杂的高层结构。其地下部分为超长结构,且上部荷载差异大,因施工期间的温差与差异沉降引起的附加内力需采取相应的措施。结构设计过程中,通过抗侧力构件的布置增大结构的抗扭刚度,减小扭转的影响,同时还加强了结构的构造措施。
