摘要
分析了制约农业网站发展的“瓶颈”,提出挖潜、补缺、上层次、依法治网等解决农业网站发展“瓶颈”的措施。
This paper analyzes on the bottlenecks of restricting the development of the agricultural networks in China, and puts forward some measures for resolving these bottlenecks such as exploiting the potentialities, filling the vacancies, lifting the level, and managing the network according to the laws, etc.
