改良Converse法矫治成人招风耳13例 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察改良的Converse法矫治成人招风耳的临床效果.方法:成人招风耳13例(21只耳),常规定点后,切开耳后皮肤,楔形切除耳软骨,保留耳前软骨膜及薄层软骨,埋没缝合耳软骨向后卷曲形成平滑的对耳轮嵴.结果:接受手术的13例,耳廓与头颅、耳甲与耳舟形成的角相应得到缩小,塑形自然美观,均获得良好外形.随访6～12个月,无1例复发.结论:改良Converse法矫治成人招风耳效果确切.
